With the holiday season upon us, more and more people will be traveling. I for one, will be one of them. Personally, I love traveling even if just across the state. More often than not, I find myself using Greyhound bus lines, but I also fly or ride in a car. As anyone knows, riding in a bus or plane, is loud and cramped. Here are my top ten must haves when traveling, regardless of method.
1. JJGoo 10 Pack CDC Vaccination Card Protector, 4 x 3″ Immunization Record Vaccine Card Holder
First and foremost, its still a pandemic, so my health and wellness come first. So to start the list I’ve listed a ten pack of vaccination card protectors so I’m not stuck, not being allowed in somewhere. Plus, they have gone viral.
2. PURELL Advanced Hand Sanitizer Gel Infused with Essential Oils, Scented Variety Pack, 1 fl oz Travel Size Flip Cap Bottles with JELLY WRAP Carrier (Pack of 8)
Second, and maybe more important, is hand sanitizer. Let’s just face it, pandemic or no pandemic, this is a must. I’ll use this till my hands are chapped when traveling.
3. 2-Pack Miady 10000mAh Dual USB Portable Charger, Fast Charging Power Bank with USB C Input
OK, I can’t travel and have a layover for two hours without this. I am fully aware that most layovers do have charging stations, but they are often full or sitting with a bunch of strangers. With a portable charger I don’t have to worry about suffering from boredom.
4. Beveetio Travel Bottles TSA Approved 15 Pack,2.9oz Silicone Refillable Size Containers
Well these speak for themselves. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgotten to pack toiletries to arrive ready for a shower, with no soap! On top of that, I’ve also accidentally packed it in containers not approved, been searched, and had them taken by airport security. Lessons learned.
5. UPTOZOBLY Upgraded Sleep Mask,3D Silk Soft Foam Comfortable Light Blocking Eye Mask
A girl needs her beauty sleep. Not only do these block light, but also help alleviate stress and pressure on your eyes with the memory foam & silk.
6. EOOUT Spiral Notebook Ruled Journal, 3 Pack Hardcover Notebook 5.5″x8.3″
Here’s one I don’t think gets mentioned in any other lists, but for me can be a lifesaver. A journal, a simple journal can help me keep my mind busy, get organized, and prepare for my week ahead. I use journals to jot ideas, travel notes, plan my posts, manifest, and my writing. They also can come in handy for when your phone can’t be charged and dies.
7. 12 Travel Compression Bags, Hibag 12-Pack Roll-Up Space Saver Storage Bags for Travel
I don’t always use these for short trips, but anytime I fly or use a carry on, these are a must. What can I say, I’m that girl packing for 3 weeks for a weekend trip. Its hard to squish all that in one suitcase without being over the weight limit.
8. SweatyRocks Womens Casual Long Sleeve Pullover Sweatshirt Alien Patch Shirt Tops
One thing I’ve learned from all my travels, is layering is key. You can’t always predict the weather where you’re going, so I just layer up and take on or add to when I need to. A comfy cute sweatshirt is a must, and this one is so me.
9. Stadium Approved Clear Crossbody Purse for Women, Clear Bag for Concert Sport Events
Another important item for me, when I’m traveling to big cities, is a cute clear purse. I’m not good at reading fine print when I go to certain events and have been denied entrance without a clear bag. Once at an Arianna Grande concert, so I had to use a clear grocery bag, and wow embarrassing. This one is cute, can hold all you need for an event, and will allow you entrance into your favorite evens.
10. Gillette Venus Mini Extra Smooth Womens Razor Blade
I also use an electric one not much bigger, but much bigger in price, so I will list this one. This is my holy grail of travel razors. It’s my favorite razor in a travel size. This is another one of those items, I have been stuck without with no where nearby to find one. I don’t forget now.
I’d like to list a formidable mention to the next item, as even though I don’t usually use them, they can really help those of advanced age or with circulation issues.
